We are seeking Senior Digital Projects Manager with:

• a minimum of 5 years web and online development project management experience –
• a strong background in Project Management with interactive media and/or digital marketing required
• experience with agile project management methodologies
• the ability to lead a team of technical and design professionals to meet client goals and project expectations
• And recently you have learned how to lead projects and teams remotely… as we have.
• self-motivated, insightful, and forward-looking, with the ability to prioritize work and resources to meet critical deadlines for “web design, development, and new media” projects,
• an innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills,
• a tech savvy consultant, who knows the platforms and solutions of the modern web environment and can coach team members on delivering results,
• a team player, self-confident, organized, and passionate for meeting client needs, with excellent client communication skills.

The Project Manager responsibilities:

• manage projects, people, and resources
• help determine solutions – content, creative, and technical
• establish and maintain good relationships between the organization and its clients
• provide a strong knowledge of the latest Internet tools, applications, and procedures
• manage several complex client accounts and their projects simultaneously
• schedule and coordinate meetings and milestones
• communicate between team members about evolving requirements and planning

• effectively identify and eliminate/solve hurdles affecting project progress
• track issues, plan sprints, and distribute tasks across the dev team (Jira experience is a plus)
• identify current and future trends that will have an impact on our clients
• build and support your team
• prioritize and discuss your team’s work with external / client stakeholders ability to facilitate daily scrum and sprint initiatives when the project requires Agile management
